Hey i fixed it!!!!!!!

but i had to install 4.5 os in order to do it........i like the program now that i can use it though. cant wait to have sms and messenger added!

Glad it worked for you!!!!!! The developers and users are seeing problem with BB OS Versions.

I have NOT recommended to users to upgrade to BB OS 4.5, but I know that has for others.

For those people who have installed / activated but can't get the popup, the developer has identify problem with some OS version and is working on a fix. We will get back to you within 7 business days.

To help us better resolve the problem. Those that are having problem, can you send us your error log?
1. Send yourself a quick test email.
2. Upon receiving the email, from the home screen, please press Alt key + LGLG, this will show your
the error log.
3. Please do 'copy' and then paste into an email to support "at" smrtguard "dot" com

PS - Or you can do what Corbra302 did, upgrade to OS 4.5.

is the freaking bomb! the screen lights up with an email, then you see the pop up telling you what it is! this program also works with text messages! if peekawho could incorporate this into their program, man, what a deal it would be !

Ok, so I really want to buy this app and start using it now, but I know that I am going to get another BB in the future. I just read that you have free upgrades only with the same pin. So when I get my next BB, I have to repurchase the app again? That's strange. Any reason why?

Most applications are like that because if they allowed you to install on multiple PINS, whats to stop you from getting more activation codes for your friends, etc.....

However I wonder if I do ever change devices will they give me a new license for the initial price that i paid for it. From reading some other posts, it seems the price is going to go up later on.

I gotta agree, this combo is amazing...And seeing that you only spend about $4 total...It's a really good bargain too.

For those of you that are using this app on an 8310.

Are you able to see some of the message body on the popup alert?

I can never see the message body for some reason.

i do, it wont show much, but it does show some of the body.

So I went to purchase this product only to see that it wasn't compatible with the 8310. How did those of you with the 8310 get it to work? I'm just a wee bit confused.

the only reason it works for me is because i happened to upgrade my os. the original 4.2.2 wont work. i'm on 4.5.69 (minus some zeros) and thats what ended up making it work for me.
