volume issue fixed? This is truly the only reason I am waiting to upgrade.

IMO, the volume is much better in all aspects. 4.5 was such an upgrade but fell short in the volume catagory. Now with .81's progressive bug fix, I'm good to go...

THE VOLUME ISSUE IS STILL NOT FIXED WITH THIS LATEST 4.5 RELEASE FOR THE 8310'S. WOW, WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT! EVERYTHING ELSE IS FASTER, BUT I'D RATHER HAVE THE BOOM BOX VOLUME I HAVE WITH 4.2:-) BOOOOOO! DOWNGRADING BACK TO 4.2!
