facebook notifications on 8310

Hi,

I upgraded to the latest version of facebook 1.6, which has now stopped sending me notifications on my bb. It was perfectly fine beforehand with the lower versions.

I have checked everything (e.g. successful email link for notifications, edit settings on my facebook account for applications to send notifications to my bb etc). Despite the several attempts by me and my friends over the past couple of weeks, we are still failing to resolve this issue.

i'm jus beginning to think that version 1.6 fb is not compatible with 8310, and regret upgrading my fb. it would be great if someone could help me with this or tell me a way i can download the older versions of fb on my bb please.

What sort of notifications? I have an 8310 & have the new facebook, I have no problems at all, the only thing was driving me nuts was getting updates when people left comments after I did but that was easily fixed under my actual facebook settings.

i dont get a single notification, wall posts, pokes, messages etc..
