the last gold certificate was printed in 1934. (the last legally ownable ones in 1928)
they are worth thousands of dollars for even the smallest denomination which was a $10 note.

Omg. U ARE a thread killer. Why don't u just ask for 1952 barbie, with a bend in the right hand corner of the box and a line thru the price. I mean for real. U only request crazy un-obtainable items which is lame and a waste of time. Thanks for helping us all lose interest.....
Goodnite. Maybe I should take some time off from here-for the FIRST time since this started. this is getting ridiculous...we are NOT having fun this way. I'm all for a hunt, but dude, u su-ck.

I know for a fact they come in $1 dollar denominations, I have one at home. By at home, I mean in my parent's fireproof safe in Michigan, but still. They're not that rare. And there are no states where it's illegal to have one. Lol. I'm not going to pick something mundane... This is a scavenger hunt! The point is for it to be a little difficult. The adventure of finding it is 90% of the fun of doing it. Otherwise, it's not so much a hunt, as it is just a race to see who can get to it first.

I AM a collector actually. Thanks....and this IS rare. The point is not to hunt forever. Hunt for things ppl will look for. Nobody can LOOK for something like this. Its rare and unless u freggin have one, u don't have a chance in he11 of obtaining a 1933 bill. Geez. Besides, money is as played out as dvd's around here. I would know, I've found and requested them several times. As I am a collector AND a banker....

My husband the geek who collects coins and notes (in addition to Star Wars LEGOS and pins) agrees that this is going to hard to find.

There's a difference between a little difficult and Mission:Impossible. Watching and waiting again.

Seriously... The reason the op gets to "revise" his pick in 24 hrs is to make it easier... Like going from sugar glider to any nocturnal rodent or a bowl of sugar.... Not to ask for another impossible find..

If we don't start posting pics soon I bet they are going to close us down.... Don't they keep threatening?!?

Wow, where is your sense of adventure?...omg....guys....for freakin serious!

And just for reference, the 1st Edition D&D players handbook is easy as f**k to find! Check the thrift stores, game stores, and your freakin basement. If you're such huge nerds it shouldn't be *that* hard to find.

Geesh!
