View/Upgrade Software via BES/BPS ??/Issue
I navigate to the 'Upgrades' tab in BPS. I right click on a user and select View/upgrade Software. I type in a message, select a priority, and hit continue. After a few moments the 'Upgrade Status' for that user goes to rejected.
Obviously this option doesn't do what I thought or I've got other pieces that need to be in place.
Do I need to create a software configuration or .....?
