SIM card info location in 5.0

We have recently upgraded to BES 5.0. One thing I cannot find on the server is SIM card info. I cannot find a location in the web interface where this info would be located. I called TSupport and was told it should be under Device Information, Software and would be labelled Direct Connect ID. Doesn't sound right to me. I can query the SQL server and get the info, so it is there, just doesn't populate anywhere in the server console. Anyone have any luck finding this?

I've recently moved to 5.0 and also notice the SIM card info is missing on the BAS. Any luck finding this info or procedure on how to make this show from the DB?

What type of SIM card information are you looking for?

I'm just looking for the ability to see the SIM card number in the BAS.

Under Manage users beside a user in question you can go to the right hand side and click on more and it will show the Phone Number that is coming from the SIM but I don't see ID.

Did anyone ever figure this out? I can't find the SIM card number anywhere in the new BAS console?

We switched carriers and don't have sim cards anymore. When you go to manage users and click on their PIN number there is a Hardware info from the device.

I don't see anything under the hardware section for a SIM card number. I see the IMEI but that seems to just be the ESN number of the device. I see Direct connect ID: but that field is blank
