Default Blackberry Manager Problem
Yesterday I removed 2 users from my Blackberry Manager Version 4.1.2.25 that is installed on a windows 2003 server. Then I added a user. Under "All users it says I have 14 users which is correct. Under the Servers tab it says I have 15 users which is wrong. Since I have a 15 user limit I need to be able to use the last free license. Is there a way to correct this?

Sounds like one of the users didn't get purged out. Click on the 'Users Pending Delete' tab....do you see any users there?

I looked for fixes yesterday and couldn't find anything. Right after I posted this I noticed the "Users Pending Delete" tab. You are correct and this is where the problem was. Somedays I wonder about me. Thanks for your help!

I am running 4.1.6.23 and I don't see the "Users Pending Delete" Option. Where exactly is this option?
