Default BES 5.0 Visual Voice Mail
I am stumped and need some help with BES 5 and visual voice mail from verizon. I unable to change the record option on the application security. I have tried multiple IT policies including the unaltered default. I have wiped the phone and the poilcy is there. Not sure what I am missing here.

It was a application setting under software unassigned software.
