Default Upgrading OS - BES and VPN Question
Hi all,

Am I to understand that I can upgrade my 8320's OS and automatically commence the Enterprise Activation procedure if I am logged on to our company's VPN? I tried logging onto our VPN, opening DM, and it still prompts me for a password.
