Recording Calls
So, I've done a bit of searching and am I to really believe that blackberry explicitly blocks the recording of calls?
How can a device market itself as business oriented, when it not only fails, but goes out of its way to block support of any sort of rudimentary non-repudiation policy? I was hoping to implement a policy that recording all calls forwarded from clients. (There have been some recent issues, with clients placing emergency-status orders and then denying after-the-fact.)
Meh, I guess I’m just venting, but seriously RIM, it’s kinda silly to reject a basic information security principle out of hand. (Yeah I know about the "potential for abuse," but that is a bad argument.)
