Disagree
Actually, I would have to disagree. I run a laptop with Vista Ultimate 64 bit and Office 2007 Enterprise, and my mail is pushed to my Curve 8320, and in Outlook it stays 'BOLD'. Pushing email has nothing to do with the actual message being read. Pushing is another form of forwarding, not reading.
Your issue might be several things. One, someone at work (network admin) may be reviewing your email as security procedure. Your mail might also be getting intercepted (email hijacking).
Two, on your device under 'reconciliation' options, if you have your handheld set to win on reconciliation, then after reading on your handheld it will show as read in Outlook. While in email, go to options, and choose to either turn on or off wireless reconciliation, and choose the 'conflict' resolution you prefer.
See if that helps.
