BB Curve 8310 Groupwise Email Problems
Hello All.
My wife and I work for the same company and we both just started using 8310's. Our company uses the Novel Groupwise email system but limits the BES access to only the "big bosses" (unless you want to fork over $100 to use it).
On the very fist day we had them I set up my Curve to start receiving all of my Groupwise email. I just went through the standard "set up new email account" steps, entered my email address and password...and I was online and running! I haven't had any problems at all receiving my email. It usually gets to my Curve within 1 to 3 minutes of hitting my mailbox.
I tried to set up my wife's Curve the exact same way...and she's getting nothing at all. I checked to make sure all her settings are the same as mine...not only on the phone but also on the Groupwise account.
I can't figure out why she's not getting her mail.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
