Bluetooth call termination storm2

Hi,
Have just got new storm2 after years with a pearl. The phone pairs with my car (Renault Laguna3) and have transferred contact list with ease.
I can receive calls well via the bluetooth system in the car (although some people complain that they can't hear me very well) but a strange situation happened last night - having made a call I used the remote controls on the car to terminate the call which it did on the car but the phone didn't drop the connection.
This has worked fine previously with the pearl but this is the first time it has failed with the storm2.
Does anyone have any ideas please?

Just to close this - I ended up doing a hard reset and deleting and reconnecting the bluetooth pairing. This seems to have worked.
