Verizon FiOS Mobile TV Central - Storm Support and... Curve 2?

The first part (Storm Support) may not be a surprise for everyone... (The app is awesome, by the way...) but check out the picture of the Curve on the site!

That's not an 8330, my friends. It says support is coming soon... so maybe they have plans of releasing the Curve 2 on Verizon Wireless? Or... maybe they accidentally called the Tour a Curve...

Thoughts?

That's definitely a pic of the curve 2.. as you can see the silver at the bottom, it is not a tour! Is this coming soon or what because I would like this over the tour.

Great find! This definitely delays my jump to the Tour. I know the Tour and the 8900 series are different spec wise but I don't really need the international capability.

It will have wifi, whatever phone that was Just know that the Tour will still have a fast processor, with extra size. Wifi vs World capabilities is what you'll have to choose.

Glad to see it will finally be supporting the curve. I have been waiting for this for a while. I love Fios, but I hate even with Multi-room DVR you can only set it to record from one room!

I hope that they release this for the Tour, and that its not tied to Verizon Wireless only. I have FIOS and its great but I plan on staying with Sprint for wireless service.

So it sounds like 'whatever that phone was' will be just as fast processor-wise as the Tour but lacking in world capabilities and smaller in memory with Wifi. Definitely have to see the specs now. Looking forward see what else slips out about the 'other phone'. Thanks for the hints.

So is the Atlas the 8930?

Radio said it was pushed back......if I find out in month one with the Tour that the 8930 with wifi is coming in the 8930 package the Tour will be short lived.
