downloaded and tried it, it worked as far as changing my caller id, the 10 second ad was more like 90 seconds.

The costs of it is a joke. Was on my phone for 5 mins before I deleted it, Don't waste your time with it unless your really desperate to throw your money away.

eyecon82 - You are 100% right. I have 50 friends that have done nothing today but drive our circle of friends crazy with this. They love it so much that half of them have already purchased the better version and have starting email the prank recordings to everyone we know!

Well I guess my Storms call timer is just running fast. From the time I hit send call till the time it started ringing the person I was calling was 90 seconds. I watched the timer while using the speaker phone. Call it an exaggeration all you want.

About the cost I wanted the app for the other features. Call recording would be great to have. Not for 10 bucks an hour though, it's free to use the features I personally and many other people don't really care much about.

my .02 -- this is a sweet app. I was initially not too crazy about the user interface or the cost. But, I thought, "for $10, I'll gilve it a shot" I've had fun all day with this.

I only used the free version for 2 calls. the ads are not big deal (90 seconds?? wow, more like 10 -- that was a HUGE exageration).

I don't care for the voice changer. But, caller ID changer is sweet.

I like to have 2 friends where I can see them across the room and call them from the other guy's phone. then call the other guy from the other one's phone just to create confusion. No need to even say anything - just place the call and then hang up. Go over them and say something like, "has your phone been acting strange today?" Then call them a few minutes later posing as the boss's cell phone on caller ID and just act as if nothing is out of the ordinary. Nice way to confuse your friends.

in short.... fun app and worth trying.

yea...or you are hallucinating?...my commercials last at the most 25 seconds..which includes the ringing time...

this app is simply for spoofing caller ID's...it does a good job at it..and its free
it's free to use

ROFL...wow...the main feature of this is to spoof caller id's...nothing else..who cares about going straight to voicemail and changing voices?

how can you speak for "many other" people?

exactly...90s? ROFL...wow

Yea..the main point of this app is to spoof caller ID's and that is free...everything else (paid features) are just so they can earn some money

Uhm I care about those features. You don't want to be able to record calls on your bb? Oh no I would so much rather change my caller ID number lol

I know thats not the main feature of the app but it was the main attraction for me. How much longer are we going to have to wait for a record feature on our bb. If it was a flat charge for the app and it was a good call recorder I would of bought it just for the recorder and everything else would be a bonus.

Besides I don't think the beta works very well on the storm. Maybe if I had a curve I would of had a better experince with it. any other storm users try it?

haha...the program is called 123spoof....look up the word spoof and it means to change caller ID...duh! what else were you thinking of when you saw the name of the program?

It's like downlaoding that buzzberry program to use it for the ring and vibrate option...when the primary use of that application is to change the LED colors

I am also in desperate need of a call recording program..but that isn't the main reason why I chose to download this software....

so...how can you speak for others since you mentioned that you and many others think the main features are not free??

Well after all the major features include a call recorder. Why wouldn't I think - hey it's a call RECORDER it's the second feature on the list of "major features" is it not?? lol you had your reasons to DL it just like I did, my main reason was the call recorder which is an advertised major feature of it.

I wasn't interested at all intill I saw call recorder.

If the main features are not free what are you paying for? The substandard features. lol I don't wanna talk about it anymore. I said in my first post it did its job as a caller ID changer. But for the "Major" feature of call recording it is just way to expensive. You yourself need a call recorder there ya go ten bucks an hour lol. Peace man, don't kill me because I wanted the app for its major features
