Hello gang
I got my new phone! Whoo-hoo! Everything looks so much clearer when the screens not all scratched up. Ill have to keep this 1 protected. Got 4.5 now too. Its kinda weird. Now I know what BK meant when he said chasing the box. Never had this problem before.

OMG! I had made address book contacts for all of your pins for BBM & they didn't transfer w/ th rest of my phone book! Wtf!

Yup Shi I do. I have everything backed up at home....mdont know when ill ever get back to that place tho lol. And then once I do I don't know how to restore my stuff. Yup I'm a mess. I'm just gona post my pin here & hope nobody strange comes in lolol.

Blondie, do you have a backup file? Go the back-up restore option in desktop manager, click on advanced, click file over the box on the left, open the most recent backup file, go down the list and highlight the things you want on your new phone, like yoiur address book, bbm and the database where you saved the pin numbers, then click thee arrows between the two boxes to load the stuff you selected on the new phone.
Also, you can find our pin numbers by opening bbm, highlight a contact, press the menu key and select contact info. A box with pins will open up.

Awesome Ex that was what I was wondering about. Never done this b4. I'm heading home now so I may be looking for some assistance w/ that soon!
My daughters dentist appt was lightning fast & my other plans to visit a friend in the hospital had to be postponed. She's not having a good day so her fam called & asked me not to come today. I'm sad about it. She was 1 of my best friends when I was a kid. I'm pretty sure she's stable tho so I will get to see her again.

I'm here if you need a hand, . Also, if you want to restore everything all at once, open bbm, then backup/restore, then click restore (the middle option), then click on the most recent backup file in the box that opens, it will restore that file to your BlackBerry and you won't need to enter pins, they will restore to your device along with your contacts, ring settings and databases.

I'm ok, just really frustrated.

Nope, no word on it. I called last week to find out what was up and they had me file another claim and have to set some paperwork to my former employer. Once they get that back they will determine if I am fully eligible, and if I am I will start receiving benefits.
