Step me thru a 3rd party software download?

I went to a website and found a freeware program I'd like to download for my Berry. I clicked on the "OTA" link, and got a few windows asking what I wanted to do (save, run, what program to install it, etc.).

I don't understand all this. Can you take a moment and step me through the process to get the software from the creator's website to my Berry?
