Lightbulb Signal-Location Utility for Blackberry

(I did several searches for references to this program, but came up empty. Please delete or move this to the appropriate thread if it has been posted before.)

I am using a cool, little program called SignalLoc on my Blackberry that allows me to obtain and save information regarding the cell site that I am currently connected to.

The programmer describes SignalLoc as:

Quote:
SignalLoc provides you with major radio information on the main screen plus a detailed radio screen with all attributes included. If available, the latitude and longitude of the cell site is also displayed. If the lat/lon is avaiable, you can also show the cell site on a map.
You can save and export cell sites to CSV or KML format and you can have SignalLoc automatically save new cell sites as you encounter them.
The software is in beta, and is currently free. You can read more about it, and download SignalLoc at SourceForge. (I can't post the link, but you should be able to find it with a search engine. If not, and you are interested, PM me for a link.)

I've been using this for a month now. Pretty neat app, IMO.

One of the most useful features, imo, is being able to check your battery temperature and voltage. That way if you think you battery is getting hot you can check.

Mine gets warmer when streaming music from slacker. But thanks to this app, I know it's not too warm.

From what I have read it should provide the location of CDMA towers regardless of GPS lock because the tower sends that information. My Curve 8330 through verizon doesn't seem to be showing the cell site locations. Granted I just ran out quick on my break to try it. I got all the information except the tower location. Any ideas?
