Default Looking for Facebook 1.6.0.21 OTA files

Hello awesome folk

I am running 4.6.1.250 on a 8900, outside the US/UK/etc countries covered by App World.

The link h**p://blackberry.com/facebook does nothing but annoy me with a message "Sorry, your device does not meet the system requirements...."

Tried many times but was unable to get Facebook on my device. Can anyone give me a direct link to the .jad OTA that will actually work?

Thank you

Isn't there a link to it on the homepage of your Blackberry Browser? http://mobileapps.blackberry.com/dev...ebook&CPID=MBC

Thank you, scook94

However, the link you included just drops me in the same vicious loop.. I end up at BB's Facebook mobile download website, where each click on "go to our mobile download website" gets me back to the same page. Long story short - it does not work.

I really need a *direct* link to the .jad and all other OTA files, nothing else works so far

Works for me. Are you going there on your BB? It won't work from your desktop...

On your BB start off the Blackberry Browser, hit the menu button and select Options -> Browser Config. Is the Browser Indentification set to Blackberry?

Weird! Only suggestion would be to try clearing cache and try again, if that doesn't help then I'm out of ideas....sorry!

Did you try going to m.facebook.com?
I believe since the site reads you are on a bb, there should be a link somewhere on the login page that offers you the bb app.

Thank you for posting it - from where I am this opens with a HTTP Error 500 Internal Server Error

I assume till the next OS or FB comes out, there is no love for me... People here and I tried all things possible - I am not sure if this is worth the effort and time

It won't work. I've tried everything myself too. Need someone to post OTA or alx files.

Maybe you can find here in my blog. Keyword googling is "Facebook 1.6.0.21 yorafriano".
