they need to do that with myspace because the myspace app sucks it takes hella mins to load the pages but when i go on face book even with the 1.5 i have no problems

The myspace app was soo bad on my phone I just finally deleted it altogether. I wanna see how this version of facebook turns out...

Yeah, I didn't keep the new Myspace or Facebook long either.

Ok so exactly what features does the iphone facebook app have that everyone thinks is so useful and so much better than everyone elses app. Iphone of course has a bigger screen so if it looks more like facebook and its bigger there is a reason. THey put as much as they can in the app so you dont have to log on with yo9ur computer but they cant have every single feature from facebook. Facebook updates pretty quickly.

Facebook 1.5 works fine for me also, i'm anxious for 1.6 to be released...

For me personally, the iPhone FB app has better profile and picture viewing and also happens to have Facebook Chat. We'll see about profile and picture viewing, since 1.6 has improved profile and picture viewing.

I looked over the advertised features of Iphone App and I don't see any difference other than it looks a little better*(but there is more screen to show more detail)* and it has chat. But I also see you need 2 separate apps if you want the realtime news feed (ala twitter) so i dont see any fun in that. I also see constant crashes listed and for all its greatness still see a good amount of complaints about what it doesnt do. They seem comparable with iphone app having a nicer interface.*(see above asterisk)

Anyone have a OTA link for 1.6, I have 5.0.0.93 and 1.5 is no go, and i miss my mobile uploads.

Are you using 1.5? When I had installed 5.0 on my bold and tried to run the app the icon was missing and it wouldn't launch from app world. So Synseer and I are surprised that you got to run since its been a universal problem for anyone that loaded 5.0.

Maybe the issue is that you are looking at it and not using it. I use both and there is a big difference... The storm has a huge screen and still doesn't compare to the iPhone version... so it's not the screen.
