They are very good at responding in a timely manner. At the end of the day, while it is not great to have to pay again, it is only $10. Good Luck.

The accuracy is dependent on the reporting source and the frequency with which they update weather conditions. As long as they are within 2 - 3 degrees of the temp and reasonably close on conditions, you should be good. Nothing is 100% accurate and up to the minute unless you are willing to pay much more. I believe that there are more expensive weather apps that may do just that.

I just think its strange that on the homescreen it says 46 degrees and on the next screen with all the icons and on berryweather it says 45, never had probs like this before with app, why all of a sudden, just alittle confusing thats all. And the icon has not changed in the last 2 days. Overcast day and night it never changes.

Posted from my CrackBerry at wapforums.crackberry.com | See?Posts like this, when all of a sudden the homescreen icon won't update make me believe there's no such thing as a bug in the OS. In her case wasn't the bug there all along? It was working at some point. Well,I'll just use the free version or the Weather Bug.

I noticed a couple of things: first, this happened not only with Beweather, but also WeatherEye. Secondly, it was happening only with third party themes, the homescreen icons updated normally on the stock OEM theme. Thirdly, if I moved the icon on the applications screen & went back to homescreen, the icon updated, but only that once, i.e., it wouldn't update afterwards, except on the applications screen.
Initially, I thought it might be a bug with the weather apps, but since it wasn't happening with the stock theme.... So, maybe it was a permissions problem, so I checked and set all permissions to allow, both for the third party themes & the weather applications. No luck.
At this point, I've searched everwhere and can't find any solution. Did you find any fix to this?

Could your issue be OS related? Even on AT&T, the 8520 Curve is running OS 4.6.

Changing the reporting station could be needed from time to time. I also have TWC as a backup to check temp and conditions versus BW.
