Download Google Maps, Setup your e-mail, Setup your ringtones, download Empower, put the Crackberry wap link on your home screen (this should be done first), kiss your blackberry, sync it up with your computer and get familiar with the syncing functions, hug your Blackberry, and download ESPN mobile, and a cool new theme! i'm not sure if this is the official way..

but i press and hold (say..) 7 and it asks "set speed dial to 7 key?" when you click on yes it brings up your contact list...
