HTC Imagio Owner Thread! - Page 3

Basically it would be on XDA whenever custom Imagio roms start popping up:

I figure they would create a new section for the Imagio? Rhodium is the TP2 (XDA calls them by their HTC codename).

If so, all of this stuff has been used for a while now on other phones.

Its the first one with Windows Mobile 6.5 pro, and that has a lot of differences.

I'm not sure that I'm really pleased with the Imagio at this point.
My problems so far are:
1. Unable to use VZ IM app in landscape more - ihave to type with screen in portrait mode
2. Unable to merge IM with Messaging
3. Unable to add icon to Today screen under TF3D - I can only add app or icon on Start
4. Having trouble with ActiveSync not keeping my mail updated - I have to manually run ActiveSync in order to get new email (it is set to sync every 5 minutes)

I had the BB Storm and really liked it, but took it back because of touch screen problems. If it comes out within my 30 days I may swap out for Storm 2.

I like the keyboard and most features of the Imagio so if anyone can tell me how to fix my problem PLEASE let me know. I've been looking around on the net but I guess it is too new to get much support.

Storm2 will probably drop black friday.
Play with it a little more......

Except for all the other phones running WM6.5 and newer WM6.5.1 roms for the last several months...

Does the speaker work the same as the TP2. In other words can it handle two sound at the same time?

I should be getting mine early next week after my TP2 housing was coming apart on me. Verizon did not have any more in stock so they told me I could pick another phone. So I picked the Imagio to try and if I'm not happy I will just wait until more TP2 are in stock and switch back.

ordered mine today. Went into the verizon store to upgrade to the Storm, asked about the Storm 2 then they showed me the HTC Imagio........It had me at the animated weather screen!
