Default Recent addresses not showing when composing an email?

Can't seem to find a definitive answer on this one - On my Tour when composing an email, I could start typing and recent addresses that weren't in my contact list would show up. On my 9700 it appears this feature is MIA. Anyone else experienced the same or have a solution?

Edit: See attached pictures. Apparently the option was on my Tour but not on the 9700??

It's not on my 4.7 VZW Tour either. I've never had it, so I guess I don't miss it.

Is it a BIS/BES thing? We're on BES here.

Running 4.7.1.61 on my Tour, and don't have that option. Looks like you're running OS 5?

5.0 option only it seems with regards to the Tour. I remember the option being there when I was running 5.0. I'm back on stock now.

Are you using wireless sync on your contacts? I know when I did that on my Storm it disabled sync between my phone and Outlook.
