Javaloader.exe

I'm trying to take a screen shot of my 8830, and I've downloaded bbscreenshooter. However, it tells me I have to have Javaloader.exe to run it. I've registered as a developer at BlackBerry and downloaded and installed JDE, and still no Javaloader.exe.

How hard is it to get this program? I've jumped through flaming hoops so far, downloading and installing one application after another as each one tells me I need something else to make it work. This is ridiculous.
