Default Contacts

I just purchased the BlackBerry Storm and because of the charging port being bad on my old phone(reg. oldschool phone)they were not able to transfer my contacts to my Storm. Having over 150 contacts I really don't want to enter them all 1 by 1. Any help?

The quickest method I can think of is manually typing the contacts on Microsoft Outlook then setting up a Desktop Manager profile to sync your Storm with Outlook. At least then you would have entered them on a computer rather than on the phone itself.
Just my 2 cents.

I have Windows Mail with Vista. I tried doing that exact thing and can't figure it out. Any quick tips? I already have the Desktop Manager set up.

The easiest way if you old phone is still charged. Download Google Sync for Blackberry,, just go to google.com and search for Google Sync. You can sync with your old phone and then to your new phone if you installed google sync on both phones. If you do not want to install google sync on your new phone and use outlook you can always export the CVS file from goole sync and import that file into outlook.

Let me know if you need anyhelp or other questions.. I use outlook but I have tested google sync and it works well.
