ive had the phone for 11 days now, upgraded os to .247, unbranded using a different vsm, and, worst of all, i have broken the warranty seal because i blacked the bold out...

Wait a minute, what is the code. My order went through, and they sent me the email, but there is NO code. Am I missing something. It says Code:ATTBBIMEI DSC-17

It won't let me enter any letters, only numbers. And it says the code is 10 characters long??? WTF?

I think you're looking at the order form....the code will come in a second email...

I did a little while ago. In the second email they give you the instructions through a link to their site and it is beyond easy...takes 30 seconds..
