TMO BIS is down here in New England

After several soft resets and a battery pull, BIS is down. I cannot send or receive mail from the BB inbox.

I can browse the internet but cannot send or receive email, on Verizon.

BIS may be effected in Canada as well. Vancouver BC here, no emails except through my blackberry.net account. Hotmail emails are not coming through and neither is Gmail. Browsing and bbm are fine though.
