Hey guys, found out how to get it to load from the blackberryos forums. Go to C:/Program Files (x86) if you run 64 bit/ Common Files/ Research In Motion/Shared/Loader Files. Then open the OS you are running, put the ALX file in the first screen, then enter the java and copy and paste all cods in there. Credit goes to Stiefler from blackberry os forums for figuring this out.

Hmmm, seems a lot of people are running into this issue... Need someone to figure out the formula to making this work. It does on my Tour, 4.7.1.40 with DM 4.7.

Copy the files into the java folder and then run app loader. It will say that there is an update and update bbm to the 5.0 version.

8330 support? Or only on devices that currently run OS 5.0xx?

Sigh.. Stuck at work for another few hours!
