Default Blackberry Media Sync

Just picked up the Storm2 today. Everything seems to be working fine so far until I ran Desktop Manager and then tried to open Blackberry Media Sync. As soon as Media Sync starts, the following message comes up: " The connected Blackberry device is not supported by Blackberry Media Sync."

I was able to use Desktop Manager to Sync and Backup successfully.

I am at a loss. I had previously used Media Sync to move my iTunes library from my computer to my original Storm.

Any ideas?

Thanks in advance for any insight.

-Steven

Try the standalone version available from RIM here: BlackBerry - BlackBerry Media Sync – Tuned Up

Ensure you give the program administrative rights when you install.

That worked! I was not aware that there was a standalone version. Thanks for the help.
