I prefer the Curve's keyboard versus the Bold's. Just feels better IMO. But when its released I'll test them out again and judge for myself.

Trust me on this one, wait for the Niagara. Especially if you use other BBs. I have the Storm and I have used other touchscreens, including the iPhone. IMO the Storm is the best touchscreen out there (with leaked updates) but what it has made me release is that nothing can replace actual keys. I haven't had other BBs but now I can't wait to get the Niagara so I can feel the awesome keyboard everyone else here enjoys. The only benefit of touchscreens is the big screen but there are more important things than the size of the screen.

Interesting that people are upset because they prefer the Zach Morris style phone that you have to strap to your back. We are in the year 2009, but some people prefer go "Back To The Future" and talk on a brick-sized handset that you have to hold with 2 hands when you are talking.

Yeah same here. I prefer the Bold a lot more. Bummer, that must mean that Verizon is really not getting the Bold if they're getting the Niagra. had my fingers crossed on the Bold. Darn!

Not the phone itself silly. Just the look of it. I really like the bigger fuller screen of the Bold. But that's just me. Looks kinds like a squished Bold

I would have kept my Storm if the reception would have been better. The signal would drop calls, and people had a hard time hearing me.

Haha never seen IMO or IMHO used more than on this thread!! Soo many haters!! I think this phone looks super HOT and cannot wait to see how well it functions vs the storm. Some folks need a chillo pillo. Just wait till its here to comment on if you like it or not. Picky picky!!

I thought nothing could out-do my curves keyboard until I typed on the Bold. It's definitely different at first, but after a few minutes I decided I like it much better. Maybe you just need a little time with it. It's so smooth instead of "clicky" like the curve keys.

It is a little smaller than the bold, but it's been said that the screen is very close to the same size.

If there is one thing Im a little disappointed about. Its that I dont think RIM blended the two devices quite as much as I would have hoped. Oh well, I'll have to wait to get my hands on it to make a final decision. Either way Im excited, cause I really really really like the keyboard on the bold.
