Install the OS to PC?

How?

I'm trying to install BBM 5.0 for my Tour on 4.7.1, Tried the OTA from theiexplorers links, and it tells me 907 invalid COD "Unable to import ZIP file"

Any ideas?

I tried following the desktop install process.. but I don't have the OS installed on my PC, and was wondering how I would do that?

It's probably not an OTA file. You probably downloaded the zip file.

The quickest way is OTA.

If you need to install the OS to the PC, here is the link:

Pick the 9630.

Is there a better OTA link somewhere? I've been using the OTA link every time, and that error keeps coming up.
