I think this is bogus... if it were true it would have been all over the Bell sheet that was leaked a few weeks ago, and I'm sure CX or others would have tipped us off. If it's true, then that's awesome and a plus... but I'm not holding my breath for it, especially since this article doesn't even get the Tour's number right (9030 instead of 9630).

However, this begs the question - what's the 9030? Maybe another device... Atlas? Magnum?

I think it was Bla1ze on the podcast who said those sheets could have been fairly old.

ok, I think I remember seeing some info saying that the Magnum would be the next generation bold, and have a touch screen, and since verizon and other CDMAs never got a bold could the 9030 really be the magnum, coming to CDMA?

Yeah I dont think anyone is saying they're the authority oh the phone, just showing the differences between the two devices.
