So in that field BB at least has an advantage, assuming I wont run into similar probs when trying to sell it for the BB
Our plan was to just sell it for like 2 bucks or less. Java port, would be possible of course, but costs lots of time, which is kindof the prob as this is not the only thing we're working on. Was more of a fun side thing to test the bouncing/jiggle tech (some joke, gone out of control) | You could probably go for 5 bucks and people would still buy it. Especially, if you could add more to it/"extend" like you said.
And apps are already being developed by lots of companies without BB's "official" app store. So your company may want to consider further research of the idea, what company wouldn't like another revenue stream?
Look at "3rd party apps" in the forums section of this site concerning the Storm... They're not letting me post the link b/c I have less than 10 posts (whats up with that?)... Its easy to find though, do a search on this site, or maybe someone else will post it for me
Looks like there's money to be made, if not with this particular one, maybe something else you come up with
But hey, I'm a noobie to all this stuff... My 1st BB/1st Storm... No significant problems and loving it. Can't wait for the official .85 and the app store to open |
