Text messaging problems!!!

Ok just to let everyone know i just got off the phone with BB Support and have found out that there is a National Outage on Texting. The ticket number is 3786810 and there is no exspected time for it to be corrected. but i also found out that not only have i called it in but over 200 others have in my area!! If you want to add your number to the ticket just call Nextel Support at 1-800-639-6111.

No JLJ i live in Kansas. And its nothing but flat lands so you tell me the problems!! LoL Anyways ive been with nextel/sprint for 9 yrs and dont plan on going anywhere! Gotta have the DC and been happy except with 1 phone and it wasnt the 8350i!!

This is so pathetic. I can't believe they can't get their SHI$ together. They have been in existence for how many years and their technology hasn't changed in those years. Why all these problems now? You would think they would have all the bugs worked out by now. This is pathetic.

you think you can get all the bugs worked out on something NEW TO the IDEN network in just 4 months??? i mean come on, they are doing the best they can. yes granted nextel and bb have both been around for awhile, but with all the NEW technology that was put into this BB the OLD iden network just cant handle it all at once. of course there are going to be bugs and outages..... ITS BRAND NEW!!!! when xbox first came out there were bugs... same thing with all the playstations... why do you think that some people wait to buy something BRAND NEW??? they dont want to deal with the bug or issues that come with it.

my texts been working all day until like 8 pm...still havent received any since then... i always test it out by texting myself...i did 3 times since around 8 and still havent gotten any of them

Uh, its not just the blackberry. Its the network. I borrowed a buddies old flipphone and put my SIM in there and still aren't getting them. And I'm sorry, but there is no excuse for there to be this many NETWORK outages/errors.

they shouldn't offer text service or charge for it if they can't get it reliable .why should we pay full price for subpar service. texts were good here in ny for few weeks now past 5 days really bad . the echo is intermitant still als0.
