OK ... so it worked then it stopped working and now it is working again ... all I did was power the headset (jawbone prime) off and turn it back on and it started ringing in the ear piece with the default tone and on the handset with the custom ring tone at the same time ...
on another note the mute symbol is on for DC(PTT) when bluetooth is turned on so that calls are routed to headset to talk and hear them

OK got mine working! I used my laptop and installed the update using DM 4.7. Phew!
I am missing the DC connect mute icon in the top right when in "vibrate" or "quiet" profile that was there with the .204 update? Hmmm ideas why it isnt there if this update includes all previous updates?
Thanx for the help guys!

Got the email from RIM this morning about the update. I am currently camping up North and have sketchy internet service at best. Can't wait to get back home and into radio range so I can hook this up. Keep the feedback coming guys!!!

Where is this update? Nothing comes up when I check updates with DM 5.0 or when I check update on my phone or is this something I have to download off a site?

Interesting.. i hooked my phone up yesterday and "check for updates" and there it was. the update is NOT on the RIM or telus update site yet. Maybe a battery pull? and a PC restart? I am just guessing.
