Whats this?

menu>options>advanced options>Enterprise Activation

.....How do I complete this? Is this A Berry Mail.....completed it once and a new Icon appeared, a little blue suitcase with an arrow,.....but then I couldn't do anything with it,....no pop up menus etc...?????

there are 2 different servers that BB uses, BIS and BES. they are totally different.

BIS, blackberry internet server, usually an end user account. this is what you use if you went into a sprint store and bought the phone for your personal use.

BES, blackberry enterprise server, this is used to connect your blackberry to your company work server. usually your company will give you the blackberry and you do not have access to somethings as they are being blocked by your company.
