yep me too, since the update. Someone will dc you , you go to answer them back and it says invalid mode. Gotta reboot to fix it . its really annoying because you can be in the middle of a conversation, and on like the 3rd or 4th time you push the dc it displays "invalid mode"

reinstall 313 and u be good i had the sdame prob and reinstalling work for me

i have had 313 since 1st day and my phone has been great. texting is 1000% better
