Wouldnt it be easier just to attempt the torx t-6 fix. No bits added to your handset. No problem when you want to do a pull. Plus you are not worried about you door buckling or battery getting too hot.

Or is there a problem with the t-6 fix i havent read about?

WHAT I DID on my first phone.

-Took off my battery door and bent it lightly to aid pressure in the middle.
-Cut a bunch of .75"x.75" squares of black electrical tape and added them one by one to the battery door untill the screen clicked exactly how I wanted.

Now every time I pull the battery I dont have to worry about either the card falling out or having to always explain why my phone is ghetto.
Have you seen the sticky residue that electric tape like to leak after it has been around a while and heated up? I will keep that goop out of my phone as the only time my battery comes out is when I am putting my spare in while away from a charger. For example when camping or on a long bus ride.

The problem with the torx fix is that those srews are not supposed to be loose.

I have never measured them but I could guarantee you that there is probably no consistency from one to the next. If I remember I will get the micrometer out and measure mine tomorrow.

Hey guys another thing you can do is take one of the reward cards from the gas station that you have extras of they are the perfect size (usually) and definitely works well on the click. Also I used my old health insurance card and just cut it but not everyone has one of those laying around.

I did much the same by using a cut out piece of a credit card and placing it under my battery. Worked great.... however after a week or so, my screen developed a double click and pivot in the upper right quadrant of the screen. I am convinced that stuffing anything inside the phone will make the insides bend. I would not recommend.

I could not believe this either, but yes, it worked PERFECTLY....wow....I'm in shock, but SO happy. I can keep my Storm (more importantly, my PIN) and still have a clicky screen. Yay !!!!
