1: My Visual Voice Mail even when turned up all the way; the sound is really low. I have to use it in speaker mode to hear anything. I have upgraded the software to the 114 hybrid 2 but it was still the same quality when I had the factory software installed. Could be an issue with the speaker itself, does it have issues in calls or at other times also? Look in to a program called youmail, it works like VVM, but in some ways it's more robust AND it's free YouMail ) Voicemail You Love
2: Does anyone know of a way to disable the acceloramator? I dont really like it that much and would rather have it in suretype mode all the time. Can not be done at this time, BUT many have requested this feature, maybe with a RIM update?
3: When talking on the phone I often rest the phone between my ear and shoulder. I always end up pushing the screen and muting or similar. Is there a way to disable the touch screen during a phone call? There are several 3rd party apps that do this for you and they are either free or only a couple bucks, talklock and stormlock both come right to mind. You will find them in the 3rd Party Apps thread
I belive that is all for now but other than that, I love the phone.
Thanks again for your help... | My answers are in bold. |

With this I did tip two in PK's thread

I have already done the long way and still have no browser like it says in my quote. I did the first method which is run the diagnostic and it says
"Radio Data Activation: No" Does that mean I have no radio file on my phone and if so what happened in upgrading to .113? I am getting my email so I dont understand what is going on.
Should I redo the unlock procedures for ATT or do you know of a better way besides what I have already tried.

He's a phone hacker extrodinair! Go to one of those 2 threads in the Storm How Too Forum, and post the question there and he will answer you. Quote:

A useful function of the UltraClip and Vaja Balance case configuration is that you can put your Storm on your desk, with the screen at roughly 70 degrees to the desktop, in a horizontal orientation. Easy to read and scroll.

How long should it take to start working after you run the diagnostics?
This is the email I get sent when trying to reply to the email from my BB.
The following message to <drzeran@bell.blackberry.net> was undeliverable.
The reason for the problem:
5.1.0 - Unknown address error 550-'5.1.1 <drzeran@bell.blackberry.net>: Recipient address rejected: User unknown in virtual alias table' | Quote:

Make sure you get BB support to do this on your BIS account for you because if you try to delete your blackberry.net account yourself through the BIS website, you will have to choose a different address when you recreate it. For some reason, when you delete it, it stays around in the system so if you try to add the same address after you delete it, it will tell you that address is already taken.
