I used CrackMem when I downloaded the new .90 today and checked the module to eliminate the sample video and pics. Pics are gone but I still have the video. Any ideas and can you delete the Sample Pics folder?

the video is not locked and can be deleted on the storm. And no, the sample folder cannot be deleted.

Thanks for this, this is great. One question though...how do I know if I have another OS installed on my PC? I mean, where do I find it? I'm pretty sure I should have one on my PC, because when I got my Storm, I had to install .75. So I know I downloaded it, and installed it, but I can't find the download file anymore, I don't see it in the installed programs on my machine....but I know it has to be there.

I know it's going to be something obvious, but....

It is something obvious... control panel > add/remove programs (xp) or program and features (vista)

Be sure to choose Blackberry Device Software and not Desktop Software.

This is one of those tests that if you dont get past this piece, you prolly shouldnt give this a go. Just looking out for you here, not trying to be snotty at all. It's a REAL hassle to run into problems and have your phone not work is all.

Regardless, good luck and do post back how you did!

Rooster-

I don't think I'm going to install any leaks, even though I've installed a leaked OS on my Pearl before.

But I meant to post that I did go to Add/Remove programs in Control panel, but I was looking for an item that inidcated ".75". In any case, I'll check again when I get home, I'm guess I just glossed over "BlackBerry Device Software" thinking it was the desktop software or something.

I'm pretty comfortable with stuff like that, but I just like to go over the details before I start.

Thanks for your response, I'll be try to do this when the next official release comes out, I had alreayd bookmarked the other threads on the subject.
