Ok, thanks to everyone, actually .97 was never really a problem for me. I didn't know if maybe the new version was finally fixed. If it ain't broke, don't fix it, right?

I went to the link provided and d/l .185 and it seems to do nothing. Pressing on the icon does nothing and it displays nothing. Is this version operational? It said it installed successfully.

i went to that link also and tried and it still wnated to update to the newest WB, but the newest one is working fine just had to tinker with it

In the spirit of being a true beta tester, I downloaded .185 against all the advice not to. It took it a little longer to acquire sat info, but now it's working like a champ (so far)

How do you get it working? The icon sits there and does nothing...no response when clicked or anything.

Hey I got the new .185 beta today and the app runs pretty smoothly. The only issue I have is that the icon on my home screen displays the wrong weather. I'm not sure if it's set for a different location and I just cant see it or not? When i open up the app though it has the weather for State College, PA which is what I want. Is anyone else having a similar problem? If so then ill send the developers a note. Otherwise anyone know what setting to change to fix it?

I installed .185 today when it asked to update and a few hours later my OS died.

search "reload software 513 Ooops all wiped out"

And on a very bright side, my updating problems are now corrected. If anyone remembers, the old version .97 worked fine for me except the push updates. Now that feature is working like a champ too!

@ epacy: You have to have BB Maps installed on your Storm for WB to lauch and work. Reload it from DM and give it a try. Just say yes to "allow" all the permissions, and you may have to manually enter your location the first time you launch. GL!

Withe some help from a couple guys, .97 is hosted.......Do a search there is a dedicated post with link, and instructions!

Just a question . With this new update with "my location" now running off of gps I still won't be charged anything at all for any reason by using weatherbug right ?
