no...only thing is it ask to allow something...i allowed it. if it installed go to options>advanced>applications and see if you can set permissions

No this beta does not have the weather icon only the bug. probably in a future update.

Yeah, I set all permissions to allow before installation. When I click on the program it just sits there and freezes up. Only way out is to hold the menu button and switch application.
