New App: StormSlider (iPhone style lock / unlock)

Just tested it again and notifications are working. I did a battery pull, then tested again and they both still work no matter how many times i lock and unlock the app. I think I'll let it sit for a while and then test both again to make sure it works after a length of time.

Hmm do you have more then 1 email address on your phone? Do you have any other 3rd party app that does anything with email?

I'm also worried about memory can you guys let me know how your memory is doing? I'm holding strong at 43mb for now which is .3mb drop in the past hour. I think the memory leak has been solved.

memory for me is fine atm

but i also cant get the email to work

my memory holds steady but like clockwork--when i activate ss with lock button it drops .6 automatically everytime but i dont loose anymore memory while i got ss activated--only during that first start-up of it ----also email is working fine for me just not sms--which you said wont work with 3rd party apps-you think you might find a work-around for it in the future?

i just sent myself 4 emails to my yahoo and gmail addresses and the only one that is showing a notification is the yahoo. nothing for gmail. and i disabled my berrypopup so nothing is interfering.

i started up at 38 and am now down to 37 within the last half hour but that not out of the ordinary for me. ill keep an eye on it for anything weird.

So just to clarify, this notification thing...........it shows what kind of message you received (email, sms, etc.) without having to unlock? I guess if this is the case, people with BerryBuzz (like myself) don't need to worry about this feature since we'd be able to tell what type of message it is by the color of the LED. Am I right?

same here kc--with default theme--and i first activate ss with lock button i lose like 1mb in a hr too---so that sounds normal

unless it drops 2 or more mb than it is normal for me.

Sounds to me that only one email address shows the notifications. I.e. If u have multiple accounts only one will show

According to MeterBerry, I've only lost 0.2 MB since the latest version was released. So the memory leak seems to not be a problem for me anymore.
