Default AmazeGPS vs Nav4All

On my Storm I have Nav4All but what I wanted to know is should i stick with it or should i go with AmazeGPS( if it is even compatible with the Storm)? What are the pros and cons of each?

AmazeGPS doesn't work with the 9530 yet on Verizon... Stick with nav4all for now. However, amazegps said a new version should be coming out soon for the 9530.. so hopefully they will get it working

I just downloaded it and it seems to work. It's a bit clumsy because, even though it says it's Storm compatable, it seems to want me to be using a track ball. The screen responds to just touch, not touch and click. Like, to scroll down to pick your state seems to be impossible. I've tried it in and out of compatability mode.

I'm inside right now though so I can't test function. I'll update more later...

I downloaded amazeGPS a while back and it did not work for storm at all. I noticed that on their site they had the 9500 listed and not the 9530. The app instslled fine, but would not find GPS. Also UI was terrible even though they claimed it was compatible with the storm. I have been using nav4all ever since.

So as far as the presentation do you think it is better than Nav4All?

I ran into this same issue. Hopefully they come out with a Storm compatible version soon as it looks like it might be more graphically pleasing than nav4all. i am reloading nav4all again today.

I hated Nav4All. I thought it was terrible, compared to something like Google maps.

Yeah... the interface is more user friendly. I still didn't test it but from what I'm reading here and on the forum there the 9530 on Verizon isn't working. <sigh>

However, like Google, they claim to be working on it. ???

So the interface is better. I wonder when it will be specifically made for the storm so that we can get some real data out there for comparison.
