Default Letter I Sent to President/CEO of Verizon Wireless

This is a letter that I just sent to the CEO of Verizon Wireless, Lowell McAdam. Figured I'd try to see if I would get a response.

"Mr. McAdam,

I am writing you to express my great disappoint in Verizon Wireless' effort to collaborate with Research In Motion towards developing a stable and reliable Blackberry Storm.
Since its release, there have been many promises of newer operating system updates that would allow the Storm to perform better, if not equal to your main competition, the iPhone.
In the eyes of many (the loyal VZW customers and Blackberry fanbase: i.e. - Crackberry.com, etc...), most notably myself, this attempt to compete with AT&T and Apple is failing.
The competitive gap is widening, can you assure that Verizon Wireless will provide a prompt, but proper, response?

Sincerely,
K******* Y**

Loyal Verizon Wireless customer & advocate since 2002"

Flame on if you need to. I just want to see what their response would be.

Even if he doesn't respond, props to you for writing...
I also like that you weren't rude about it. Good job.

Here's what your response will be:

Dear K******* Y**,

Thanks for your input and continued loyality to Verizon Wireless. We value your opinion very much and will try everything we can to resolve any issues you are having. Hopefully you won't buy an iPhone.

Sincerely,
Lowell McAdam

Haha, hopefully that won't be his response, but at the same time, would you be surprised? Maybe in his response he will admit that he, himself owns an iPhone.

The CEO does have a contact link on VZW's website. Everyone can just cut and paste my letter with their signature. Or ... someone can create a link for a .doc file of this letter.

Thanks for your input and continued loyality to Verizon Wireless. We value your opinion very much but really don't care since we have your money. Your past your 30 days and now its too late. You should have thought to do something earlier. Hopefully you won't buy an iPhone because we really screwedd up on that one.

Sincerely,
Lowell McAdam

Lol, I think that is exactly the response.
I'm tied for 18 months and Vodafone Uk certainly aren't rushing to sort anything out.

Good on you for writing though, I'm going to do the same as if he has a full mailbox maybe (just maybe) he will do something about it!

Heres what you should have said.

Dear, Mr. McDouchebag.

Hurry the eff up.

Sincerely thinking about the iPhone,
Your mother.
