Default Official 9530 4.7.0.141 Findings & Fixes Thread

Once you've grabbed OS 4.7.0.141 for the BlackBerry Storm 9530, you can use this thread for your findings and fixes. To download the file and for any installation issues please use the leaked OS thread, and keep this one for after you install it.

Let's try and keep this one concise and value added so people can decide whether they want to install or not based on the findings.

browser has new feature for logging in and selecting buttons on the page, it hilights the field for username/password as well as any "send" or "login" buttons also, similar to how you would experience hilighting a URL

lock function is fubar. send/end/bb button/clear key will all unlock your phone if you don't have a password, shortcut and screen seem unresponsive

Can anyone else confirm that this is happening? This will definitely make me think twice about installing

I was running the 9500 java files over the 9530 .132 sfi and yes it does happen. All the face buttons unlock the phone. I didn't see any lag though. It didn't really matter to me because I use StormSlider.

All the recent leaks have unlocked like this with the power key. If you haven't noticed that than this unlock thing shouldn't be a deal breaking issue.

Beside the .cod to fix this is already known.

True but the fact is I like being able to quickly unlock the phone without having to type in a password. That would just be an annoying inconvenience.
