What are they? and how do u remove them?

go to your Control Panel / Add/Remove Programs
look for Blackberry RIM Internal Tools in there and remove it
if you install it to your phone, it will e-mail them every reset/error you have, or something to that extent

After downloading this, it says "Error loading install file" ... any idea?
