She was probably reading off the same notice sheet we saw. I wouldn't say that it's absolutely positive. Maybe she didn't see the notice that said the 26th.

I just got off the phone from tech support at Verizon. She checked and told me 6:00 p.m. Eastern today downloads for OS 5 will be available.
