Well it's better than what most OS threads are started with. People who go right to the wap forums might not necessarily see it.

It clearly says 4.7.0.203. If it was a platform it would be 4.0.0.203.

Platform and release are also 2 different things. Look at the file name...It has OS version, platform and release #s.
